POOL RULES
NOTICE:
Conditions of Use for the Cobblestone Pool.
By entering these
facilities you have agreed to abide by these rules.
Rule Number One:
Have fun,
and please observe the
Golden Rule
as a courtesy to
your fellow Cobblestone residents.

POOL HOURS: 9 AM– 9:30 PM The
Alarm is automatic between 9:45 PM & 8:59 A.M.
SAFETY
-
In case of an
EMERGENCY
use the pool phone
to call
911 it is a direct
line to the 911 service
or
770.781.2222 FORSYTH SHERIFF/ EMS.
Your location is the
Cobblestone sub division pool
at the end of
Hearthstone Drive;
enter Cobblestone from Buford Dam Road. Give the Dispatcher the gate
combination & prop the gate opened for rescue entry.

No Lifeguard on duty, you are
swimming at your own risk.

No running on the pool deck
-
No children under 16 years of age
without a parent in attendance:
-
Penalty-
14 day’s loss of pool privileges.

Buddy System
for children; always 2 together
watching out for each other.
-
NO diving!
-
No glass on the pool deck! Cans or
plastic, PLEASE.
-
No hot BBQ charcoal or cigarette
butts in the plastic trash bins!
-
LIGHTNING STORM;
OUT of the Pool, OFF of the Deck & take immediate shelter in the Pool House.
-
TORNADO;
immediately return to your house & take shelter.
-
DO NOT use the Pool House; it is
not a protective structure for a tornado.
-
NO CLIMBING on or over the Fence,
the concrete wall or the Pool House, a fall could be FATAL.

Intruders, unauthorized persons and/ or trouble; call

Shower before entering the pool,
please.

Residents near the Pool appreciate
quiet before 8:00 AM and AFTER 9:00 PM No boom boxes or loud radios, & no
boisterous behavior please.

Persons with long hair please wear
a bathing cap
-
Do not clutter the pool or deck
with many toys.
-
Pick up toys at the end of the day
& take them home, or they will be discarded.
-
Please leave the pool, the pool
deck & the restrooms as clean as or better than you found them by checking
before you leave the pool.
-
Pool Parties: please coordinate
with the Social Committee.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Association Dues must be paid in
full to use the Pool.
-
A Cobblestone Parent must be
continuously present & is responsible for themselves, their children & their
guests at all times.
-
Children below the age of 16 must
be accompanied by a parent; their own or a designated volunteer who will be
continuously present & responsible for maintaining safety & order.
-
PENALTY – 14 days lost off pool
privileges
-
DO NOT DROP CHILDREN at the Pool &
leave; Cobblestone HOA is not a babysitting service.
-
No animals inside the pool compound
(except Seeing Eye guide dogs).
-
Report broken, missing items, or
vandalism to a Board member via phone or email
-
Toilets: Keep them clean, flush
after use, wash hands, turn off the water
-
KEY CODES: DO NOT
share the pool key codes with non residents.
-
Penalty-
30 day’s loss of pool privileges.
Vandalism will be
prosecuted!
