Greetings Neighbors, 

In keeping with our continuing effort to support our neighborhood and to enhance our community appeal, the Architectural Committee will tour the neighborhood within the next two to three weeks.  This tour will suggest areas that need attention; no warnings, citations, or fines will be issued at this time.  Suggestions for improvements will be provided to individual homes after the tour.  If you receive a suggestion for improving your property appearance, please accept it in the spirit in which it is given; which is only to maintain a neighborhood of which we can all be proud.  A note on the forms used… to avoid needless expense, the AC will utilize previously printed multi-part forms.  These do use the word “violation.”  Rest assured, as noted above, no violations/citations are going to be issued through this initial tour.

 It would be helpful if all would make a special effort to prepare their homes and yards for this tour. 

Future tours will be announced in advance.
