BOARD MEETING MINUTES
Board meeting attendees: Mark Abadie, Joel Berger,
Patty Cummings, Steve Cummings, Jim Dowling, Linda Dowling, Jeff Kobos,
Mark Lankford, Jean Nelda, Kristen O’Dell, Jim Williams, Steve Wilusz
Meeting opened at 1:05pm. The Board Members
present voted upon the following:
- Budget for front entrance upgrades approved
for $600.00
- Fencing for the pool to be postponed until
the association can save more funds.
- Light for the “s” curve to be postponed until
the association can save more funds and/or other options explored by
the Executive Committee.
- Pool house repair approved for the lowest bid
received - $1000.00
- Approval for the $360/year hosting fee for
the association web site.
- Approval for proceeding with small claims
court for the past due association dues for one resident.
Additional topics that were discussed:
- Cost for the mailbox to be $150.00 for a
second-time purchase by a resident.
- Architectural committee to begin addressing
homeowners that are not in compliance with the covenants.
Meeting adjourned at 1:35pm.
