Hello neighbors,

The 2011 HOA community meeting will be held Saturday, June 11 at the pool beginning at 9am. It really is important that as much of the neighborhood attend as possible. The design of this year's meeting is once again one that should be brief (we are shooting for an hour), informative/conversational in nature and (hopefully) a good opportunity to meet together. 

2 procedural items to consider for the meeting:

1>>  If there is any issue or matter a member of the community would like particularly addressed at the meeting, it needs to be submitted to hoaboard@cobblestonega.com no later than 5pm Wednesday, June 8, 2011.  We’d appreciate advance notice to be fully ready to respond while keeping the meeting brief for all. (a final agenda will be circulated Thursday or Friday before the meeting)

2>>  Any items that are not on the agenda and/or are raised directly at the meeting will be limited to a maximum of a 2 minute  statement by the individual(s) who raised the item, followed by a maximum 5 minute response from the Board.  Any further discussion will be tabled for an upcoming Board meeting with the person(s) who raised the item being invited.  For the benefit of all, this will be strictly enforced.
